How long will it take until I get my Colony Package?
Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery of your Colony Package depending on where you live. However, it could arrive much sooner. Packages are shipped from Dover, New Hampshire, USA. We will do our best to ship them as fast as possible.

What is the shipping fee for my Colony Package?
The current shipping fees is:
US (Domestic) $8.50
Mexico & Canada $9.50
International $16.00

What if I ordered the wrong shirt size, and already received it?
First off, how did you not know what size shirt you wear?
Lucky for you JSR will exchange an unworn, and unwashed shirt for the correct size.
Unfortunately, this is now ALL AT YOUR EXPENSE. You will have to contact them via email, to make arrangements to ship it back to them. You must also include the shipping costs to return the correct shirt back to you.

Can I cancel my membership?
Sure. However, there will be no refunds offered. In addition Memberships cannot be sold. If a Jesterhead Colony member is found selling their membership their membership will be discontinued and they will not be refunded.

Why can’t I change my Jesterhead-ID?
Unfortunately you cannot change your Jesterhead-ID due to the way we have designed certain functions on the site. Your Jesterhead-ID is UNIQUE for you. It helps us identify you to the other “Colonists” in the “Colony Locator” and the Forum.

Your Jesterhead-ID is for your personal use only. Please do not share your account information with others. Violation of this policy will result in termination of your Jesterhead account. No refund will be offered.
